Jets news:

The Athletic Winnipeg: How can the Jets upgrade on defence? 5 types of players to target this offseason. (Paywall). Moose news:

Winnipeg Free Press: Moose feeling confident in playoff clash against division-title winning Griffins. (Paywall). They’ve played some really good hockey and while the Griffins are no doubt the more talented club, they haven’t played a game in two weeks so there could be some rust.

Winnipeg Sun: On paper, Moose and Griffins not even close entering playoff clash. As we often say that’s why they play the game on the ice. The reality is once you’re in the playoffs, you’ve got a chance.

Winnipeg Sun: Jets prospect to make pro debut in Moose playoff series. The young man has a very solid head on his shoulders.

The AHL: In Winnipeg, all eyes on Moose this spring. The AHL club of Manitoba has certainly captured the market with the parent club done for the season.

Illegal Curve Hockey: After quieter season, Samuel Fagemo’s scoring touch could be key for the Moose. They really need his goal scoring prowess.

Jets prospect news:

NHL.com: Martin takes a big step. Jamie caught up with Oakbank product Owen Martin as the third rounder is back in Manitoba after his first season as a drafted prospect.

2026 Draft news:

Winnipeg Free Press: Cypress River’s finest. (Paywall). Mike did a really good feature on the left-shot defenceman from Manitoba who is expected to be a Top 10 selection at the upcoming NHL Draft at the end of June.
