The 2019 NHL Draft gets underway in Vancouver this weekend.
Round 1 starts tonight at 7:00 pm CT
Rounds 2-7 go Saturday starting at Noon CT

Where to listen: You can hear coverage on TSN Radio 1290 Winnipeg via a late edition of The Afternoon Ride with Rick & Hustler tonight and then tomorrow via the Illegal Curve Hockey Show with Drew, Ezra and myself.

1st Round (20th overall) – Ville Heinola
2nd Round (51st overall) – Simon Lundmark
4th Round (113th overall) – Henri Nikkanen
5th Round (134th overall – from Philadelphia Flyers) – Harrison Blaisdell
5th Round (144th overall)- Logan Neaton
Following the conclusion of action both tonight and Saturday you can expect to hear from Jets GM Kevin Cheveldayoff and we will have it covered on here. As well we will have the media scrums with all Jets draft picks on site after they’ve spoken at the podium. You can also toss in a chat with Jets bench boss Paul Maurice.
On Saturday we will be starting the Illegal Curve Hockey Show on TSN 1290 Winnipeg at 12 noon to coincide with the start of the 2nd round. We will be on for all six rounds as we analyze the news, report on any trades and speak with the Jets draft picks. We will conclude the show with a chat with Jets GM Kevin Cheveldayoff as he reflects on the 2019 NHL Draft.
