Note III:  To guard against any last minute issues the Jets announced they have recalled defenceman Nelson Nogier from the Moose.  Prior to the recall Winnipeg had 12 available forwards and six defencemen for tonight’s contest.

TSN: Jets ready for ‘Western Conference style’ of Islanders. Trying to avoid their third straight loss, the Jets say that they are motivated to face an Islanders team who plays a ‘Western Conference style’, something obviously Winnipeg is accustomed to.
