The Jets took Friday off after a big win over the Canucks which gave them back-to-back wins. The only question marks heading into today’s skate is whether Josh Morrissey will be in a regular jersey or remain in a non-contact uniform and whether Haydn Fleury is feeling ok after blocking a shot with his hand in the third period of the game on Thursday night.
Skate news:
Josh Morrissey in a regular jersey this morning for the first time. No Elias Salomonsson and no Dawson Mercer.
Lines and D pairs:
Connor – Scheifele – Vilardi

Updates:
Jets head coach Scott Arniel began his press conference by indicating that defenceman Elias Salomonsson will be away from the team as he deals with a personal matter. He also indicated that Dawson Mercer is maintenance. He wouldn’t confirm anything about Josh Morrissey’s status since they’ll need to see how he comes through tomorrow.
