The Jets are coming off a big 7-3 win over the Flyers on Sunday afternoon as they kicked off the three-game home stand to improve to 20-11-2 on the season.  The win didn’t come without a cost however as Mathieu Perreault was forced to leave the game in the 2nd period after he took a vicious hit by the Flyers Joel Farabee.  The veteran forward isn’t expected to take part in today’s practice and you can expect an update following practice from the Jets bench boss.

Today Winnipeg will turn their focus to a Carolina team which sports an identical 20-11-2 record. The game against the Jets will complete the western portion of the Hurricanes Canadian road trip.
