Winnipeg Jets overseas prospects report XIV

We take a look at what is happening with Jets prospects and players under contract overseas.

During the course of doing this overseas report the Jets had 14 draft picks or players under contract playing in the KHL, SHL, Liiga, DEL, DEL2, Slovakian league and HockeyAllsvenskan.  While most have returned to Winnipeg for the regular season of the NHL and AHL there are still a handful left.

It has been a month since our last report with the NHL and AHL seasons well underway.

Players on loan:

1. Arvid Holm (2017 6th rounder – Goalie. Shoots left. 22 years old)

Farjestads BK Karlstad (SHL): 10-9-1, 2.75 GAA .912 save%

Change since report: His team has played nine games since our last report but Holm has just played his team’s last two games picking up wins in both contests.  Not certain as to why he wasn’t seeing the net previously.  A Swedish translation of Värmlands Folkblad quoted Holm this way (at least that’s how it reads via google translate) “Back as winner: “So fucking nice, to put it bluntly”.
