Note II: The Moose were also in action yesterday as they wrapped up a two-game set against the Admirals which saw the home team bounce back with a big 3-1 win which allowed them to add some distance between themselves and Milwaukee. They are off today.
Note III: Also Moose related, we spoke with Jets prospect Alfons Freij yesterday after his first skate with the Moose. You can watch it here.
Note IV: Only prospect in action was Kieron Walton (2024 4th) who scored his 39th goal of the season in OT which means it was also the 10th game-winning goal of the season for him which puts him into a tie for top spot in the OHL in that category. He also set a new career high in goals.
Note V: We learned yesterday that Neal Pionk has taken the next step at Jets morning skate, weekend return possible.
