Note IV: The Jets GM did get some business done on Wednesday as they inked Isak Rosén to a two-year contract extension. The organization also got some minor league deals done signing Ashton Sautner and Tyson Empey to AHL contracts with the Moose.
Jets news:
Global News: If Winnipeg Jets are going to trade Connor Hellebuyck, now is the time. While he did have a down season statistically, he still has quite a bit of trade value given his pedigree as well as the challenges the team faced defensively. There is definitely a risk if they keep him for one more kick at the can and then having to find a trade partner next summer.
