Note: The Jets were in Nashville yesterday afternoon where they came back to defeat the Predators 3-2 in OT. Today they are in St. Louis to face a Blues team that won their last game but are 4-5-1 in their last ten. No morning skate but you can still check out the pre-game report for any updates. Associate coach Scott Arniel is speaking at 3:30 PM CDT. Puck drop is at 6 PM CDT.

Note II: This evening, after the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and St. Louis, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game. This season you’ll have a chance to win great schwag including authentic Jets jerseys, hats, etc after every single game (For a variety of ways to enter click here).

Note III: The Moose took on the Wolves in Chicago last night where they got back on track with a big 6-1 win. Six different players (Limoges | Meireles | Maier | Harkins | Malott | Toninato) scored goals in the game. Manitoba improves to 32-19-5- 3 which gives them 72 points which puts them within striking distance of 1st place.  Today these two clubs have a re-match with puck drop at 3 PM CDT.

Note IV: The Winnipeg Ice set a new team record for wins picking up their 54th victory with a 4-1 win over the Raiders. They matched the record for WHL clubs playing a 68-game schedule (coincidentally set by these same Raiders) as per the Ice game notes. The re-match goes tonight at 5:05 PM CDT.

Note V: Two goals in 34 seconds by Jets 2022 1st rounder Rutger McGroarty helped Michigan defeat Minnesota. He also added an assist on the game tying goal.

Jets news:

Sportsnet: Happy Return: Back from injury, Dubois leads Jets to huge OT win over Predators. When Rick Bowness said in advance of the game on Saturday that if it was a playoff game there was a good chance that Pierre-Luc Dubois would play it was a good thing that 80 did in fact feel ready to return. While it was clear his timing wasn’t quite there yet after missing eight of the previous nine he was a big addition for Winnipeg.
