Jets prospect defenceman and first year pro Tyrel Bauer with some nice anticipation as he cuts off a pass by the Wolves and then fed Greg Meireles who gave Manitoba a 2-0 lead.
Alternate captain Cole Maier scored his 14th of the season which gave the Moose a 3-0 lead just over seven minutes into the 1st. He did some nice boardwork and then ripped a shot top corner.

Give Jeff Malott two straight seasons with at least 20 goals as he leads the Moose in goal scoring. He made it 5-1 for Manitoba with his patented tip of a shot from the point on the power play.
Jets prospect Declan Chisholm matches Sami Niku for most assists by a defenceman in the Moose 2.0 era with number 38 on Malott goal. Niku achieved that in 2017-18. That same year Mason Appleton had 44 which is the current high in a season since 2015-16.
