Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Your source for all the latest Jets and Moose news, video and audio.

Note: The Jets had a Pittsburgh type game last night in Dallas where they looked like they could have something but some brain farts in the 2nd allowed the Stars to change the narrative. While Winnipeg earned themselves at least a point they definitely left one behind in Texas. But no rest for the wicked as they have a big game in Nashville later tonight. Check back for our pre-game report to get the full 411 ahead of the game. Puck drop is at 6 PM and following the final buzzer we want you to join the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show.

Note II: The Moose suffered their worst defeat of the season as they dropped the game last night 8-2 to the Canucks in Abbotsford. They are 1-2-0 on this four-game road trip with a chance to try to split the weekend series tonight. They are still an impressive 25-13-2-1 on the season. Puck drop is at 9 PM.

Note III: The province of Manitoba announced on Friday that they are ending all restrictions by March 15th; Jets/Moose games could soon be at full capacity.  Read more here.

Note IV: It was a good night for Jets 2021 1st rounder Chaz Lucius who had a goal and assist in a 3-2 win for Minnesota last night.

Note V:  Be sure to join us on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show today at 9:00 am CST on our YouTube channel and social media platforms.  Guests will be Ken Wiebe of Sportsnet and Scott Wheeler of The Athletic.
