Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Your source for all the latest Jets and Moose news, video and audio.

Note:  The Jets couldn’t overcome a three goal deficit they gave up to the Flyers in Philadelphia on Saturday and they ultimately saw their three-game win streak come to a halt with a 4-2 loss.  In advance of the game Jets bench boss Paul Maurice did provide a health update on Adam Lowry and Mathieu Perreault.  No time to dwell on things as they are in Buffalo today for another matinee. Puck drop is at 2 PM CST.

Note II:  Things were looking good for the Moose as they had a 3-0 lead over the best team in the east last night in Belleville however they couldn’t hold on and after allowing the Senators to tie the game once at 3-3 and then with 30 seconds left to tie it 4-4, they ultimately lost their first game of the season in overtime.  They were the last team in the AHL to suffer an OT or SO loss.  They will return home for four games.

Note III:  The trade deadline comes to a close tomorrow at 3 PM EST.  Be sure to keep it locked here for all the latest news.
