Game 15: Jets vs. Golden Knights projected lines

A look at the game 15 projected lineups and pre-game audio.

T Mobile Arena

The Jets complete their three game road trip tonight in Vegas which follows a tough 3-2 victory last night in San Jose.  Tough in the sense that they picked up the win despite being heavily outshot by the Sharks and but for the play of Connor Hellebuyck that game would have looked very, very different.

Plenty of lineup questions but we do know a few things.  We know that Adam Lowry will return after serving a two-game suspension and that Laurent Brossoit will start in net.  We don’t know if Patrik Laine will return, we don’t know which player comes out of the lineup for Adam Lowry and we also don’t know about any other changes.   We will get some answers when coach Maurice speaks at 6:30 pm.

Morning Skate:

No skate this morning for the Jets.

Lineup:

Patrik Laine is going to take warm up.  If he does then coach Maurice indicated that he will use the same forward lines that he did in Calgary.  The D pairs are same as what they were in San Jose.

Projected lines and D pairs:

Ehlers-Scheifele-Wheeler
Connor-Little-Laine
Copp-Lowry-Roslovic
Perreault-Gustafsson-Bourque

Morrissey-Poolman
Kulikov-Pionk
Sbisa-Bitetto

Brossoit
Hellebuyck

Audio:

Jack Roslovic

Coach Maurice:  Lineup news. Getting a couple of big bodies back in the lineup potentially.  Reflections on last night’s game.  If Laine comes back in where would he go?  Is the penalty kill gaining some strides?  Seeing something with Wheeler/Scheifele back together?  On Roslovic taking his post-game comments as constructive criticism.  On the territorial edge the Sharks had last night.  Did he get a sense as to why?  On the goalie interference challenge.  What will their game look like tonight?  On coming into Vegas and dealing with the energy.
