A daily roundup of Jets, Moose coverage — all the pro hockey news that matters in Manitoba and beyond.

Note: Jets Development Camp is in the rearview mirror and free agency is expected to be fairly quiet from here on out. We compiled the full list of media avails in one spot that we did during the week of camp if you missed anything. While news may be minimal for the next few months, we will keep you up-to-date on anything happening to the pro clubs here in Manitoba.

Note II: Speaking of the pro clubs, the Moose signed defenceman Dysin Mayo to a two-year AHL deal. The right-shot defenceman has 85 NHL games under his belt including three last season with Columbus. They also signed Chase Yoder to a one-year deal last Friday.

Note III: In terms of guys who remain unsigned there are still three players who finished last season under Jets contracts without a new deal (for now).
