The Jets held a well attended optional on Tuesday which saw 10 guys attend the skate. While he didn’t skate with the team, prior to practice getting underway, defenceman Ville Heinola was on skates for the first time since he had ankle surgery on October 9th.
Heinola was skating for a second straight day on his own as he works his way back to full health.
