Note: The Jets are in offseason mode but is there really ever an offseason? If there is any news we will have it for you here.
Note II: Speaking of the Jets, Nikolaj Ehlers was cleared to play and he helped Team Denmark with two goals yesterday to power his club past Hungary 3-1.
Note III: The Moose are also now in offseason mode. We did almost 20 interviews on Monday to conclude the Moose season. Lots of good stuff from Jets prospects (Heinola, Torgersson, Nikkanen, Lundmark). The team has been releasing the content since that time. And we will wrap up the season next week with an end of season Moose recap show.
Note IV: To date they’ve released Jimmy Oligny (watch here), head coach Mark Morrison (watch here), Evan Polei & Cole Maier (watch here), Dominic Toninato (watch here), Oskari Salminen (watch here), Ashton Sautner (watch here), Ville Heinola (watch here), Arvid Holm (watch here), Simon Lundmark (watch here), Henri Nikkanen (watch here) and Daniel Torgersson (watch here).
Note V: The Ice and Thunderbirds did battle last night in front of another good crowd (5691) but this time it wasn’t the home team and their fans that left happy as Jets prospect Brad Lambert (2022 1st) had two goals to help his Thunderbirds squad even the WHL Championship series with the Ice at 1-1 with their 4-2 game 2 victory. The series now shifts to Seattle for games 3-5.
