Note IV: Make it five in a row for the Winnipeg Ice as they defeated the Blazers in Kamloops to improve to 10-1-0 on the season last night. Goalie Daniel Hauser improved to 8-0-0 on the season as he made 42 saves in the win over the Blazers. This season he’s got a 1.86 GAA and a 0.933 save %. Jets news:

Winnipeg Sun: Good in spurts, Jets lacking consistency in the infancy of the new season. The tough tests will continue tonight against the Leafs and Monday against the Blues so Winnipeg will have an opportunity to show that they can flush the bad and keep trying to get this squad all skating together on the right track. The good news for Winnipeg is they have a safety blanket in net who can help keep them afloat while they work out the kinks.
