Note: The Jets had a slow start but eventually got things sufficiently rolling to pick up a 4-3 win over the Senators last night in Ottawa. It did come at a cost though as Mark Scheifele was knocked out of the game in the 2nd period and was ruled out for tonight’s game against the Habs in Montreal. No morning skate for Winnipeg but stay tuned for the pre-game report to get the full 411 ahead of the game against the Canadiens. Note II: The Moose returned from their three-game road trip having clinched a playoff spot. They will practice this morning at the IcePlex as they get set to play the IceHogs for a pair of games in Winnipeg starting on Friday at 2 PM.

TSN: Is there still reason to believe Jets could make playoffs? The Jets picked up the win on Sunday over Ottawa, but didn’t gain any ground in their Wild Card chase as the Stars won their game as well.
