The Jets hit the ice to prepare for the Predators.

The Jets are coming off a big 5-1 win in their home opener last night although the team still has uncertainty surrounding the status of Mark Scheifele who remains under the NHL’s COVID-19 protocols.

Practice notes:

According to Mitchell Clinton of JetsTV everyone who played last night is skating today. Still not present are Blake Wheeler and the aforementioned Mark Scheifele who remains in the NHL’s COVID-19 protocols.

During his media availability today bench boss Paul Maurice indicated that he didn’t have an update on the status of Mark Scheifele.
