The Jets are coming off their most impressive performance of the season last night as they dismantled the Stars 5-1 at Bell MTS Place to kick off an important home and home series against Dallas. They will hit the ice here in Winnipeg before they head to Texas.
This morning the Jets have been busy as they claimed centre Nick Shore off waiver from the Leafs and placed Dmitry Kulikov on IR. They also reassigned Michael Spacek to the Manitoba Moose.
Skate News:
On the ice plenty of changes as well. According to Mitchell Clinton of Jets TV on the ice in a regular jersey are Mason Appleton and Nathan Beaulieu. He indicated that Gabriel Bourque remains in a non-contact uniform. Not present are Mark Scheifele, Tucker Poolman, Neal Pionk, or Luca Sbisa.

Health News:
Coach Maurice indicated that Luca Sbisa, who didn’t skate today, was being checked out and he will be making the trip to Dallas. Neither Mason Appleton or Gabriel Bourque will play in Dallas. He did indicate that Nathan Beaulieu that if he is feeling fine after today’s skate they would consider him for tomorrow’s game.
