Health update:
Coach Maurice was asked for an update on Jets winger Mathieu Perreault who was wearing a non-contact uniform. “He kind of passed a stage today for us as he got through an entire day on his skates. So it’s going to be pain tolerance and then conditioning a bit because we haven’t been able to do a lot with him. But I can’t give you a timeframe. I don’t have him playing in the next two.”

Coach Maurice: On the last 24-48 hours for the Jets. Update on Mathieu Perreault. Is he concerned with the number of shots against this year? Doing a better job keeping the teams to the outside? Does the city of Vegas play a part in the home ice advantage? Has he ever seen a team with three goalies on the IR? What has he seen as key to the Jets strong starts? Not having to chase leads. On the Jets identity. Has he liked what he has seen from the Jets on the road? On how Kyle Connor’s play has given him more options when healthy. What does it mean to play Kyle Connor 20+ minutes per game?
