Note: We spoke with Jets management, prospects and staff throughout draft weekend and Development Camp, and we’ll continue turning the most newsworthy comments from those interviews into standalone stories in the coming weeks.
Note II: We will be catching up with Cole Perfetti in a media availability on Monday after the RFA signed a five-year deal with Winnipeg. That leaves Tyrel Bauer as the final RFA for the Jets without a contract although the expectation is it should be done sooner rather than later.
Note III: Another player off to the SHL, as Jaret Anderson-Dolan has signed a two-year deal with Brynäs IF. Which means Gustav Nyquist is the only UFA from last season without a new deal.
Note IV: Reminder that last week was the season finale of the Illegal Curve Hockey Show. We are now on summer hiatus. Be sure to continue to follow along with our YouTube channel as we will continue to use it throughout the summer.
