Note: We are just one day away from the NHL Draft which will take place in Los Angeles but it will be decentralized as teams stay home to make their selections. The Jets have the 28th overall selection and we spoke with TSN’s Craig Button on the IC Hockey Show about a number of names they could be calling on Friday night.

The Athletic Winnipeg: Winnipeg’s next move after Jonathan Toews; Nikolaj Ehlers and contingencies for his departure. (Paywall). Given July 1st isn’t a particularly noteworthy day in Jetsland it might not be too exciting if 27 signs elsewhere. While Winnipeg will have money to spend it usually isn’t a day they do much other than add depth.
