Note: The Jets took off Wednesday which had been a scheduled practice day in order to get a chance to reset the battery following a busy stretch of games. They are off again today (which was already designated as a day off) although they do have the Jets Gala this evening. They will return to the ice for practice tomorrow at 11 AM CST.

Note II: The Moose skated on Wednesday as they continued their week of practice. We did get some health updates from head coach Mark Morrison. Today will be the final practice to lead up to a game tomorrow night against the Griffins when they kick off 11 straight games against divisional opponents. We got updates on some Jets prospects (Heinola, Lambert & Lucius) from head coach Mark Morrison and may get further clarity on the 2021 first rounder of Winnipeg this morning. Winnipeg Sun: Connor Hellebuyck better than ever, and now team is, too. The Jets remain the only team in the NHL with under 100 goals against to date. They sit at 99. Kings, with two less games played, are second in the NHL at 109. What this Winnipeg team is doing defensively this season is quite something and that is largely attributable to the work of their top netminder. 

Winnipeg Free Press: Versatile Jets captain checks all the boxes. (Paywall). He’s on pace to have a career year and does a lot more than things that show up on the scoresheet.
