Note: The Jets got back to their winning ways on Tuesday night picking up a 4-2 win over the Islanders which was the 33 straight time they’ve held a team to three goals or less. That win put them back into top spot in the entire NHL. They have the next couple of days off as today was scheduled to be a practice day and tomorrow an off day but the coaching staff wanted to give the guys a chance to reset. They’ll be back on the ice on Friday for practice before they head out on the road for three games.

Note II: The Moose have a day of practice scheduled today as they continue to prepare for their weekend series with the Griffins. Manitoba is in dead last in the Central and if they want to get a sniff of the playoffs they need to sting some wins together starting this weekend against a divisional opponent. Check back for the Moose Practice Report.
