Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Your source for all the latest hockey news in Manitoba.

Note: The Jets practiced on Friday where we learned that Mark Scheifele would be listed as day-to-day. With it being a gameday all eyes will be on morning skate which gets underway at 9:30 AM CST. All the relevant news will be posted in the pre-game report so check back for that. Puck drop is at 6 PM CST.

Note II: This evening, after the final buzzer sounds between Winnipeg and Philadelphia, we want you to be part of the conversation on the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show as we discuss and analyze the results of the game.

Note III:  The Moose slide continued last night as they spotted the Rocket a 3-0 lead in Laval before they attempted to mount a comeback. They got 2nd period power play goals from C.J. Suess (here) and a beauty by Brad Lambert (here) but that was as close as they got as they lost 5-2 which means they’ve lost six straight games. They are back in action today as they look to arrest their slide in their re-match with the Rocket. Puck drop is at 6 PM CST.

Note IV: How about you join us this morning for two hours of Winnipeg Jets talk on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show which gets underway at 9 AM sharp. We will be joined by Jets play-by-play voice Dan Robertson of TSN and Anthony SanFilippo of Crossing Broad.
