Note: The Jets were off on Sunday as they travelled home from Edmonton following their comeback 3-2 OT win over the Oilers. They will hit the ice this morning at 11 AM at Canada Life for a practice as they prepare to face the Blues tomorrow night. Check back for the Practice Report.

Note II: The Moose were also off yesterday after they had a big 8-2 victory on Saturday night to close out a four-game homestand to start their season. They are set to practice today at 10:30 AM as they’ve got a few days of practice in Winnipeg before they hit the road for their first road trip of the season.

Jets news:

Global News: Comeback win a small sample for Winnipeg Jets, but it’s a start. The Jets easily could have deflated after two quick goals against but instead they continued to do what they have done for the most part this season, and that is push forward and play some solid hockey.

When the Jets acquired the three pieces it was with an eye to adding depth to an organization that was lacking it and they’ve seemingly done just that with all three players they acquired as part of the dealt that sent Pierre-Luc Dubois to the Kings.
