Note: The Jets rookie roster was released on Tuesday for the Young Stars Classic in Penticton, BC. The first chance to see the rookies skating will be today at Bell MTS Iceplex which gets underway at 1:30 PM.

Note II: You can expect the main Jets training camp roster out next week ahead of September 22nd when camp gets underway.

Note III: Former Jets prospect Nelson Nogier has signed over in the KHL which ends his time in North America and also concludes the Wayne Gretzky trade tree 34 years after the Great One was dealt from Edmonton to Los Angeles.

Jets news:

Winnipeg Sun: Perfetti leads list of Jets rookies heading to Young Stars Classic. All eyes are likely going to be on the first rounders from the 2022 and 2021 drafts. Especially Chaz Lucius who dealt with an injury last season with the University of Minnesota.

Working hard on a daily basis to provide the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news for our readers and listeners. I also appear on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show every Saturday on our YouTube channel as well as the Illegal Curve Post-Game Show after every single Jets game. And I occasionally jump in the play-by-play booth at Canada Life to provide colour analysis during Manitoba Moose games.
