Note: The Jets picked up another win last night as they got a measure of revenge against the Coyotes with their 3-1 win in Arizona. They will look to conclude this leg of the three-game road trip with a victory tomorrow night in Colorado against the 8-1-1 in their last 10 games Avalanche team. The Jets are off today.
Note II: The Moose came out flying last night and if not for the efforts of Wild goalie Trevin Kozlowski the shorthanded Iowa team would have been steamrolled. Instead they were able to stick around long enough to take a lead in the middle frame. An excellent third period gave the home side momentum to tie the game (courtesy of Jets 2017 3rd rounder Johnny Kovacevic) and send it to extra time. However the comeback fell short with Iowa earing the split with a shootout win.
