Note: It was a late one but worth watching as Andrew Copp scored four times and Connor Hellebuyck made 38 saves as the Michigan duo led the Jets to a 5-1 win over the Canucks last night in Vancouver. The team is traveling to Calgary today as they get set for a three-game set in Alberta to close out this seven-game road trip.

Note II:  The Moose will finally get loose after 12 days between games when they welcome the Laval Rocket to Winnipeg for a four-game set. Puck drop is at 6 PM.

The Athletic Winnipeg: How the Jets’ trade deadline will be impacted by the Kraken expansion draft and Logan Stanley’s emergence. (Paywall).  Stanley has certainly thrown a wrinkle in the plans for the Jets.  And while the impact of the draft is something the Jets GM has to factor in when making decisions he also had to figure out if this is a season he wants to “go for it” which will likely require an add on D.
