Note:  Nine years ago today Winnipeg was treated to one of the most unusual games I’ve ever seen wherein folks cheered for Teemu Selanne whenever the Finnish Flash touched the puck and booed his teammates.  It was his first game back in the ‘Peg since February 4th, 1996.

Note II:  Jets made some news this afternoon as the team announced they had extended goalie prospect Mikhail Berdin to a two-year extension.
