Note:  Today is the last day of the Jets player break.  While the team enjoys some R&R they did announce on Tuesday that they have recalled Jansen Harkins who was at the AHL All-Star game representing the Moose.

Note II:  The Moose are also on the last day of their All-Star break.  With Harkins recalled yesterday the Jets reassigned Cam Schilling back to their AHL squad as he was up simply to maintain CBA roster compliance.

Note III:  While the two hockey clubs are taking time off their parent organization sent out an email to season ticket holders indicating some changes coming for next season.

Jets news:

The Athletic Winnipeg:  5 defencemen for Winnipeg to target as deadline approaches.  (Paywall).  Ken is back from vacay and with trade deadline under a month away he hits you with five possible players the Jets could target.  Of course depending on where the Jets are in the standings will go a long way in making that determination.

Winnipeg Sun:  With the trade deadline approaching, the Jets should be focusing on the futureLooks like my mom and Scott’s mom know the same expressions.
