Note:  Following last night’s 3-2 OT loss in Dallas the Jets returned to Winnipeg where they were scheduled to practice today but have subsequently cancelled practice.  Mark Scheifele had quite the post-game quote when asked about the unsportsmanlike penalty he was called for in the 2nd period.  They’ll be back on the ice on Saturday to practice before they take on the Ducks this Sunday at Bell MTS Place.

Note II:  The Moose were back in Winnipeg yesterday and practiced for a pair of home games they will play this weekend here in the city against the Wolves.  They have a morning skate at Bell MTS Place today and will take on Chicago tonight as they look for some rare home ice advantage (they played previous seven games on the road and after these two at home will go back out on the road for five games).
