Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Your source for all the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news and audio.

Note:  The Jets wrapped up their three-game road trip in Arizona with a tough 4-1 loss to the Coyotes although the biggest loss may have been defenceman Josh Morrissey who left the game in the 3rd and there was no update post-game.  Today the team is set to fly home back to Winnipeg while the madness (or not) of Trade Deadline is underway.  All deals must be done by 2 pm CT so be sure to keep it locked here and on our various social media platforms including Twitter | Facebook | Instagram for all Jets related news.

Note II:  Usually NHL This Week comes to you on Wednesday nights on TSN 1290 Winnipeg but today you can hear a special three hour edition of the show as the guys wrap up Trade Deadline coverage starting at 6 pm.

Note III:  The Moose are in the midst of a six-game road trip but so far things have not gone very well as they’ve lost three straight games so far.  Game four sees them back in Toronto in a re-match with the Marlies on Wednesday.  They kicked off the road trip losing 4-3 to the Marlies and also lost Skler McKenzie on a bad knee on knee hit (no supplemental discipline by the AHL) although coach Vincent did indicate that McKenzie could be back for the game against Toronto.  Today the team will practice at Coca-Cola Coliseum at 1 pm.
