Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Your source for all the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news and audio.

Note:  The Jets completed the pre-Christmas home portion of their season last night with an extremely exciting 5-4 OT win over the Tampa Bay Lightning improving their record to 22-9-2 on the season.  They were scheduled to practice today but have cancelled it and will instead head straight for Los Angeles where they will kick off a three-game road trip against the Kings on Tuesday night.

Note II:  The Moose had a weekend to forget losing twice to the Toronto Marlies by a combined 12-3 score.  They took off Sunday as they try to get back to better health.  They lost CJ Suess and Emile Porier over the weekend which adds to the laundry list of players already injured.  Hopefully we get an update from coach Vincent on the health of his squad as the team is scheduled to practice today at 10:30 AM.
