Winnipeg Free Press: Jets players ready to compete for spot in opening game. (Paywall). It will be an interesting couple of weeks in Peg City as we see who will form the 2016-17 squad.
Winnipeg Sun: Lemieux anxious for training camp to begin. He is going to be a player plenty of folks will be watching when training camp gets underway on Friday.
