Jets news:

Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets’ flaws might be too big to fix.  (Paywall).  The word “discipline” may not be in the lexicon of this team and if that remains the case they can kiss the post season goodbye.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Big Lowry will take them any way he can get them.  (Paywall).  The young forward really seems to have turned a corner since his AHL assignment.

Winnipeg Sun:  Jets not disciplined enough.  It does seem to be a recurring theme with this team.

Illegal Curve:  Commissioner Bettman provides update about an outdoor game in Winnipeg.  During the 2nd intermission of the Winter Classic Sportsnet’s Scott Oake asked Commissioner Bettman about the status of an outdoor game for Winnipeg.

Moose news:
