The Jets announced that they have made qualifying offers to the following players:

G: Hellebuyck, Comrie (2)

D: Trouba, Poolman, Morrissey (3)

F: Tanev, Armia, Dano, Lowry, De Leo, Petan & Lipon (7)

If a player didn’t receive a qualifying offer than they automatically become a UFA on July 1st.  This means Jimmy Lodge, who was taken in the 3rd round and Jan Kostalek taken in the 4th round of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft by the Jets, will be a free agent.  7th round Jets selection in 2012 Jamie Phillips, who played 16 games in net for Jets AHL affiliate this season also didn’t receive an offer.  Last up was Joe Morrow who the Jets got in a trade with the Habs and will become a free agent.
