Washington Post:  After sitting out, Alexander Semin needs to stand up.  Sounds like Semin has heard coach Boudreau’s message.  Will his play on the ice (likely against the Jets on Wednesday night) show that he hasn’t just heard the message from the coach but is willing to embrace it and change accordingly?  We will see.
