Sportsnet: 31 Thoughts.  Number 2 pertains to Jets GM Kevin Cheveldayoff and Winnipeg indicating that one of the defenceman the club had interest in was a Blue Jackets Dman.

TSN: Jets focused on getting game in order with playoffs on horizon. Trying to bounce back from their loss to Ottawa two nights ago, the Jets are looking to get back to their caliber of game with the post-season on the horizon. Knowing they can’t just turn a switch in the playoffs, Winnipeg admits that they have to get things in order with the regular season winding down.
