Note II: The Moose got a boost today as the Jets announced they had reassigned David Gustafsson and Kristian Vesalainen to their AHL affiliate.  As well Joona Luoto was reassigned to the taxi squad.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Scheifele, Dubois play hockey, not analytics, they say. (Paywall).  Jeff got twitter a flutter this afternoon when he mentioned analytics during today’s media availability.

Yahoo Sports: Jets star Mark Scheifele has no time for ‘hogwash’ analytics.  As soon as I heard the word ‘hogwash’ during the media availability I figured it may create a bit of controversy.
