USA Today:  NHL Xmas list – 30 things that teams need most.  Goalie Connor Hellebuyck is on this list for Jets fans.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Tanev’s mom a Jets fan in this battle of her boys.  (Paywall).  As I said this morning Ryan and Drew Miller’s mom used to wear a split jersey but it appears Chris and Brandon’s mother has no such divided loyalty.

Winnipeg Sun:  Petan returns to Jets’ lineup in hometown.  Will be a nice homecoming for the kid from North Delta, B.C.  Ted sets you up for tonight’s game from Vancouver.

The Province:  Canucks Game Day: Laine’s ‘I’m good’ bravado, Horvat’s challenge, Ehler’s emergence.  Lots of good Jets related stuff in this one.

The Province:  Oh brother, Tanev siblings face each other for first time in NHL.  Their mom saying she’s cheering for Winnipeg is classic as she chooses to support the younger brother with a lot less NHL experience.
