Noteworthy:

10 of 20 players on tnt’s Moose roster were drafted by the Winnipeg Jets.

If you need to win a faceoff you should probably give David Gustafsson a call. The Jets prospect looks good again this season.

Sums up type of player Jets prospect David Gustafsson is. Goes in on a 2 on 1 which ends up with 4 Moose players near the Griffins net. When he recognizes that Grand Rapids is about to push up the ice on the attack he skates his ass off to prevent an odd man rush.

Winnipegger Calvin Pickard was excellent in the net for Grand Rapids and was only beat on a rather fluky goal by Cole Maier who scored his first of the season.
