The Jets put a stop to their losing streak last night as they defeated the Senators 5-1 in Ottawa to pick up their 30th win of the season. Might the team chose to insert one of the healthy scratches (Gagner, Heinola or Capobianco) back into the lineup? The presumption is that David Rittich will get the net against Philadelphia.
Skate news:
No skate as they played last night.
Lineup news:
Jeff Hamilton of the Winnipeg Free Press confirms that the Jets will use same lineup with exception that David Rittich starts in net.
Jets projected lines & D pairs:
Ehlers-Scheifele-Wheeler
Connor-Dubois-Perfetti
Barron-Lowry-Kuhlman
Jonsson-Fjallby Stenlund Maenalanen
Morrissey-DeMelo
Dillon-Pionk
Samberg-Schmidt

Hellebuyck
Betway Odds:
After facing the second worst team in the Atlantic Division (based on points) the Jets move on to face the second worst team in the Metropolitan Division (based on points) in Philadelphia. The 20-20-7 Flyers are 10-11-1 at home although they have been playing better of late going 7-3-0 in their last ten. Their -20 goal differential isn’t the most stellar and because of the above the oddsmakers favour the Jets in a big way this evening. Be sure to check out the latest game day odds from Betway.
