Who knew Captain Jack Sparrow was a Jets fan.

Pierre-Luc Dubois hits the 20 goal mark for the Jets. He is on pace for 37 this season. The crowd here in Winnipeg loves the goal song (Hey Baby) of Pierre-Luc Dubois. They continue to sing it well after it stops playing on the speakers.

Another milestone for Josh Morrissey who hits the 40 assist mark for the first time in his career. He is on pace for 75 this season. Not too shabby.

With the assist Josh Morrissey tied Andrew Ladd for 10th on the all-time Jets/Thrashers assist list with 166. He is 7th on all-time Jets 2.0 list. He’d be 13th on the all time Jets 1.0 list which seems appropriate to note given it came vs Yotes.

3G 6A for Nikolaj Ehlers since he’s returned to the lineup for Winnipeg.

Blake Wheeler was literally just standing there laughing after he scored the Jets second goal as he marveled at how good that pass was and how easy that goal was for him to score. That was his 250th goal wearing a Winnipeg Jets uniform.

On the second goal Mark Scheifele moved into sole possession of 2nd place on the all-time points list for the Jets/Thrashers with 616. He was already 2nd on the all-time Jets 2.0 list.

Cole Perfetti hits the 20 assist mark for the first time in his career. He is now tied for 2nd in rookie scoring with Mason McTavish with 26. The two trail Matty Beniers who has 36.

Blake Wheeler picks up his 40th game-winning goal while wearing a Jets uniform.
