Game 43: Jets vs. Wild pre-game report

A look at the game 43 projected lineup along with pre-game audio.

Jets @ Minn

This game will conclude three straight games against the Central Division for the Jets and having won the previous two against Dallas and Colorado they will be looking to add Minnesota to that list tonight at the Xcel Energy Center.  The Wild are coming off a 4-0 loss to the Bruins in Boston on Tuesday and have gone 4-5-1 in their last 10 games which has them on the outside of the playoff picture looking in.

There are no expected changes to the Jets lineup.  Connor Hellebuyck will start again in net as confirmed by coach Maurice on Wednesday.  But we will have to wait until morning skate gets underway to confirm if there are going to be any lineup changes.

Coach Maurice:  What can he take from the two previous games into tonight’s game?  What has been the difference in the two games against Minnesota this season?  Goalie plan.  What are the benefits to be able to use Copp in such a versatile role?  On Copp contributing offence.  How much are Matt Hendricks fingerprints on this Jets team?  The right player at the right time for this group.
