The Jets limp into Pittsburgh after losing yesterday in regulation in Boston. They have gone 0-2-1 on this four-game road trip facing their biggest test of it against a Penguins team that are 8-2-0 in their last 10 games and have won four straight.
As per Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press it will be Connor Hellebuyck once again in the net for the Jets. No other lineup moves have been announced so until warm up skate 30 minutes before puck drop the projected lineup is based on yesterday’s game in Boston.
Warm up skate:
Mike adds that Dylan DeMelo isn’t on the ice for warm up skate but Nathan Beaulieu is.
According to Dennis Beyak of TSN it is an upper-body injury keeping Dylan DeMelo out of the lineup.
Jets projected lines & D pairs:
Puck drop is at 2 pm CDT. Be sure to head over to illegalcurve.com following the game for a recap of the action which includes post-game interviews from Jets players as well as from interim head coach Dave Lowry.
