There has been plenty of speculation as to what the Jets were going to do about their goaltending situation with three goalies in camp. The goalie conundrum took a different path when the Jets chose to give Michael Hutchinson the start on Saturday instead of Ondrej Pavelec. Today we found out what the Jets plan to do moving forward:

This is quite the move for the Jets organization who have stuck with the veteran Ondrej Pavelec the last few season but will instead be going with a youth movement in net this season with Connor Hellebuyck and Michael Hutchinson.
Update: As you likely know by now this was confirmed soon thereafter as the Jets included Pavelec in the list of eight players they re-assigned to the Manitoba Moose.
