On Friday, we learned that Winnipeg had placed forwards Parker Ford, Nikita Chibrikov and Noah Gregor, along with defenceman Isaak Phillips, on waivers for the purpose of assignment to the Moose.

All four cleared waivers according to Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Free Press, meaning they can now be sent down to Manitoba. That’s a welcome boost for the AHL club, which begins its regular season next Saturday.
