Last week, the Manitoba Moose announced their training camp schedule, which begins today with a 10:30 a.m. CT on-ice session at hockey for all centre. They’ll follow the same schedule Tuesday and Wednesday before heading to St. Paul, Minnesota, on Thursday for a pair of exhibition games against Iowa on Friday and Saturday, Manitoba’s first AHL pre-season action in seven years.

Today is the first day of Moose camp, although the bulk of the club’s players remain up with the Jets. As you can see from the roster released today, which is below, it’s a mix of AHL-contracted players, members of the new ECHL affiliate in Bloomington, University of Manitoba Bisons and others. The Moose will get an influx of players on Wednesday, when the Jets are off following their two home pre-season games, and are expected to make cuts.
